Complementary Consultation
with $50 deposit*
I am ready to invest in you! Though an initial consultation is complementary, I require a deposit of $50. If you miss your meeting with me without notice, the deposit is forfeited. If you choose to participate in a program, your deposit is applied to that program. And, if you are not ready to work with me after your consultation, your deposit is refunded.

Join a supportive community of like-minded individuals as you work towards greater health and happiness. Complete with LIVE AND INTERACTIVE online group meetings with Tamera, an online video toolbox, and forum for group discussion.
*Payment Flexibility Policy: I understand that each individual that meets with me has unique circumstances and needs, both in terms of their coaching and finances. Please do not skip a conversation with me if you are worried the rate won't fit in your budget. A conversation is always valuable.
